What are the certifications of your emergency personnel?

Accede supplies a basic life support service (BLS) which means we have Emergency Medical responders (EMR) and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT-A). They are all registered with the Alberta College of Paramedics (ACP).

Accede Firefighters have a basic training level of NFPA 1001(National Fire Protection Association) level 1 and 2.

Do you have H2S monitoring?

Accede has a complete H2S monitoring division containing a full line of BW Quattro and BW micro gas clip monitors. Our air trailers come fully stocked with Scott 2.2 SCBA (self-contained breathing apparatus) and Scott SKA PAK SABA (supplied air breathing apparatus). Further, our trailers come with confined space entry kits, RAE Systems hand pump H2S detectors, windsocks and 800’ breathing air hoses.

How often is your fire, medical & safety equipment inspected?

Accede’s safety equipment is inspected on a daily/pre job basis we have an extensive maintenance tracking system in place as well as a pre-trip inspection. Fire trucks are also subject to yearly CVIP inspections. Our Mobile Treatment Centers are Transport Canada roll over certified and are inspected when constructed.
